Chef Arnaldo Azevedo discovered his passion for gastronomy early in his family's restaurant in Ermesinde. He honed his craft with formal training at the Santa Maria da Feira Hospitality School and further refined his style through professional experiences between Porto and the Algarve.
His career-defining achievement came after joining the Vila Foz Hotel & Spa in 2020. Under his leadership, the restaurant Vila Foz earned its first Michelin star in 2021, a testament to his bold culinary creativity and the distinctive personality of his creations, firmly establishing him as a significant talent in Portugal's gastronomic landscape.
