His foundational training began in Michelin-starred environments at Restaurante Moo (Barcelona) and Casa da Calçada (Amarante), culminating in a pivotal stage at the world-renowned Alinea in Chicago (3 stars).
This global perspective was refined in Portugal, where he served as Head Chef at Restaurante Vinum and then as Sous Chef at Antiqvvm (2 stars) in Porto.
