Chef João refined his culinary artistry in some of Spain's most prestigious kitchens, including Dos Cielos by Hermanos Torres and Cinc Sentits, both Michelin-starred establishments in Barcelona.

Upon returning to Portugal in 2016, he established himself as a sought-after private chef, creating exclusive, bespoke tasting experiences in clients' homes.

This period of exploration culminated in the opening of his first author-driven restaurant in Porto. Here, he channels the technical precision of his international training and the tailored approach of his private work into a singular, creative culinary vision, marking a significant new chapter in his career.
