Chef Jonathan Seiller is a French-born chef whose passion for the kitchen began at age 15. He has built his distinguished career in Portugal since arriving in 2008.

His professional journey includes key leadership roles as Head Chef at the acclaimed restaurants O Paparico and Cafeína. Since 2022, he has held the position of Executive Chef at Vinha Boutique Hotel.

Chef Seiller's culinary identity is a compelling fusion. His cooking is firmly rooted in classical Portuguese cuisine, which he interprets with creative flair and the refined techniques of his French heritage.
