Luis is the co-founder and owner of OMA restaurant. He studied in Portugal and, at a decisive stage in his career, moved to Germany, where he worked and strengthened his technical base and professional discipline.
After returning to Portugal, he joined some of the country's most renowned kitchens, including Vila Joya and The Yeatman, experiences that shaped his demanding approach and deep respect for products. Before deciding to open his own business, he consolidated a contemporary vision of Portuguese cuisine, now recognized by the Michelin guide through the work developed at OMA.
