Chef Ricardo a culinary visionary whose career spans the globe, culminating in a unique "dream" project in Porto. His international journey includes significant roles at the prestigious Ritz Carlton and The Yeatman hotels, formative collaborations with legendary Spanish chef Martin Berasategui, and a pivotal tenure at Sydney's world-renowned Quay Restaurant.

In Australia, as Head Chef of Shangri-La's Altitude Restaurant, he achieved remarkable success, earning awards like Restaurant of the Year for Tourism in Australia and three Gault & Millau Toques.

Fulfilling his ultimate ambition, Chef Ferreira returned to Portugal to open his own flagship restaurant. Here, he dedicates himself entirely to a philosophy of pure cuisine over open fire, eliminating gas and electricity.
