With over 12 years of professional experience, Rita began her career with a degree in Kitchen Management and Production in Coimbra. From an early stage, she demonstrated a strong passion for fine dining, where excellence and perfectionism are paramount.
Her professional background includes renowned establishments such as Vila Vita Parc, Antiqvvm, and Blind. This journey culminated in receiving the Young Chef Award from the Michelin Guide 2024, and she also led the team in earning its first Michelin star in 2025. She is currently the head chef and partner at restaurant Atrevo, where creative freedom and respect for the culinary arts define her philosophy.
