Chef Tiago Bonito is a prominent Portuguese chef celebrated for his technical innovation and deep respect for national identity. His distinguished career includes formative stages at world-leading restaurants Alinea in Chicago and D.O.M in São Paulo.

Bonito's accolades are significant, including winning Chef of the Year (2011) and the Helmut Ziebell Innovation Trophy. He successfully led the Michelin-starred Largo do Paço restaurant in Amarante from 2017, where he championed local produce. Previously in Lisbon, he managed the opening of Pestana CR7 Lisboa, named Restaurant Revelation of the Year (2015) by major guides.

In 2024, he undertook his most ambitious project to date: the management and culinary direction of the Palacete Severo and its fine-dining restaurant Éon in Porto, solidifying his position as a key figure in Portugal's contemporary gastronomic landscape.
