Chef Vasco Coelho Santos is a celebrated Portuguese chef whose career began with a decisive turn from management to his true passion for cooking. His foundational training includes stages at three of the world's most influential restaurants: Mugaritz, Arzak, and el Bulli.

Since returning to Porto, he has become a prolific restaurateur, creating a unique culinary ecosystem. His flagship, Euskalduna Studio, earned a Michelin star in 2022 and is recognized on The World's 50 Best Discovery platform. His diverse portfolio includes Semea, the bakery Ogi, the fishmonger Peixaria, and the Douro valley restaurant Seixo.

Has been named Chef of the Year (2023) by Mesa Marcada and Boa Cama Boa Mesa, received the prestigious "Chef de l'Avenir" award (2022), and earned the "Two Knives" distinction (2024) from The Best Chef Awards for his world-class creativity and vision.
