Restaurant Euskalduna Studio

Opened in December 2016, Euskalduna Studio is the personal project of Chef Vasco Coelho Santos. Located on Rua de Santo Ildefonso, the restaurant’s name is a direct homage to the chef’s formative journey in the Basque Country, with “Euskalduna” meaning “Basque” in the Basque language itself. This is not merely a restaurant; it is a studio—a creative space where contemporary authorial cuisine is conceived and shared in its most intimate form.
