At the helm is Ang@lica Salvador, a Brazilian chef who brings a new perspective to Portuguese and international traditions. His approach is both personal and flexible. The menu unfolds through two tasting days: homage and In different (7 and 9 moments respectively). True to the spirit of the restaurant, guests are welcome to adjust dishes to their preference—a rare gesture that speaks volumes about the attentive and unstable spirit of the staff.

The kitchen shines brighter when working with exceptional products. Fish is sourced daily from the markets of Matosinhos and Aveiro; local meats are treated with equal reverence.
